The role of Campus Leadership Team is to support the school Administration in formulating performance objectives for the Campus and in advising in other areas of planning, budgeting, curriculum, staffing patterns, staff development, and school organization. The campus-level committee must approve the portions of the campus plan addressing campus staff development needs. Its primary responsibility of this site-based decision making team is to improve student performance, and that is the foremost goal of the Campus Leadership Team.
